MIC Group Welcomes Hamad Rasheed as New Cluster IT Manager

MIC Group has announced the appointment of Hamad Rasheed as the new Cluster IT Manager, a move that further strengthens the company’s leadership team. With more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry, Rasheed brings a strong background in IT management, customer service, and operations to his new role, where he will oversee all IT operations across MIC Group’s various units.

Rasheed’s career began as a Computer Technician at MTCC from 2008 to 2010, where he was responsible for installing and maintaining essential IT and telecommunication systems. From 2010 to 2018, he worked as a Customer Project Technician at Dhiraagu, focusing on IT infrastructure for resorts. His dedication and problem-solving skills led to the development of a successful troubleshooting protocol, which helped resolve over 500 technical issues annually.

Since 2018, Rasheed has also been the owner and manager of Kairos Homeware Boutique, refining his leadership and management skills. His experience in running a business enhanced his ability to manage teams and optimise operations, strengthening his strategic management capabilities.

Rasheed holds several certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, and IT infrastructure, further highlighting his technical expertise.
