MITDC Gears Up for 2025 Yacht Rally

The Maldives Integrated Tourism Development Corporation (MITDC) has successfully wrapped up this year's yacht rally and is already gearing up for an even grander event in 2025. The rally, which began in 2022 with just seven yachts, saw the participation of 12 yachts in its third edition this year.

MITDC is actively preparing to hold next year's event on a much larger scale. The corporation has started meeting with council authorities to discuss the rally route for 2025. The final route will be decided by a steering committee specifically appointed for this task.

This committee includes officials from MITDC, Maldives Immigration, Maldives Customs Service, Maldives Police Service, and MNDF's Coast Guard. Their collaborative efforts aim to ensure the 2025 yacht rally surpasses the success of previous editions.

MITDC envisions the 2025 edition to be a significant milestone in the event's history, attracting even more participants and boosting the Maldives' profile as a prime destination for yachting enthusiasts.
