MMPRC Concludes Visit Maldives Storytellers’ Conference 2023

Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation has successfully concluded the highly anticipated Visit Maldives Storytellers’ Conference 2023. The event was held on 30th May 2023 at the stunning destination, Crossroads Maldives. The much-awaited conference brought together a one-of-a-kind gathering of participants from across the world to celebrate the beauty and allure of storytelling in the Sunny Side of Life.

The conference was attended by esteemed speakers and over 70 content creators, journalists, bloggers, and industry professionals as they all united to discover and bring the wonders of Maldives to the global stage. Throughout the immersive conference, participants were given the opportunity to connect with the local culture, explore mesmerizing locales and create tempting narratives that exhibit the true essence and scope of the destination.

Some of the activities that attendees were exposed to include a series of insightful panel discussions, interactive workshops and engaging networking sessions led by acclaimed experts in the field. Each of these events delved into pertinent topics relating to the tourism industry including sustainable tourism, responsible travel, cultural preservation, and the power of storytelling to inspire and promote destinations.

With the conference coming to a close, the participants have embarked on the next leg of the journey and are currently heading to the pre-selected 8 regions of the Maldives. These sideline trips aim to deliver participants to the natural wonders of the destination and engage them in awe-inspiring activities for the next 3 days, accumulating unforgettable stories to share with the world in the process.
