The Coco Safe Pledge combines the resorts’ values of safety with their dedication to creating memorable and poignant experiences for guests. The safety measures starts before your arrival to the resort, with a pre-arrival check-in form that helps the resort prepare with your preferences. You are welcomed at the Arrival Hall and requested to wear a face mask until you reach the island.

Upon arrival, digital thermometers will be used to check your temperature and daily temperature checks will be conducted at the restaurants. You will be escorted directly to your villa, which you can choose after taking a virtual tour on the website gallery, where remaining check-in procedures are carried out. All dining, spa and experience menus are available to view through a QR code.

While the resort has ensured that your room is safe and clean by following guidelines by WHO and local authority, guests are requested to follow hygiene etiquettes and physical distancing measures, the details of which will be visibly displayed in public areas. Facilities such as the spa and restaurants will be frequently cleaned and disinfected.

All associates of the resorts have been trained by NSURE, a recognized leader and partner in Food Safety, Health and Safety and Sustainability in the Maldives. An in-house trained medical officer will be present at the resort at all times and there will be a dedicated health desk at the reception area in case you need any medical assistance.
