Reethi Beach Resort Presents, Authentic Thai Cuisine by Chef Ann

From the 1st to 11th of May 2022, Chef Chatchanan Punjasuphachok, better known as Chef Ann, will be bringing in the unique flavors of Thai Cuisine to Reethi Beach Resort and its guests via a Thai Dinner Buffet at the 'Rehendhi' on the 6th of May, 2022. She will also be transforming the resort's Saima Garden into a Thai A-la-carte venue on the remaining nights.
She started cooking at a very young, and ever since 10 years old, she was exposed to the culinary world as she helped out at her parent's family-run restaurant. She quickly rose through the rank and was able to alongside Chef Khun Benz, known for the dishes at the famous restaurant ‘The Nest’ at Soneva Kiri, Thailand. She was eager to learn and went into the art of playing with different aromas of spices, creating her own curry pastes.
Ever since its opening in 2015, Chef Ann has been the head chef at 'Cosmo', the Thai restaurant at The Nai Harn in Phuket, Thailand. It is a member of the Leading Hotels of the World, which is frequented by many tourists and locals alike. So really, it's no wonder that she gets the attention of international clientele which brings many opportunities to show off her talent all over the world. Some such places have included, Brenner’s Park Hotel in Baden-Baden, Germany, or the Eden Roc in Ascona, Switzerland.
