Reethi Beach Resort Welcomes New Front Office Manager – Ibrahim Nazleen

The luxury oasis, Reethi Beach Resort has announced the appointment of Ibrahim Nazleen as its new Front Office Manager. Hailing from the southernmost atoll of the Maldives, Nazleen joins the team with a remarkable background in hospitality, having worked in the industry for almost two decades. His rich wealth of experience extends to various areas of resort operations such as Housekeeping and Front Office through which Nazleen strives to deliver quality services and elevate guest experience.

Initially based in the tech field, Nazleen made the bold decision to switch careers to the hospitality industry decades back when he realized the potential of the destination. Owing to this, he first began his career in the field from a humble position working as a villa attendant. Fast forward to today, he is now a seasoned and bubbly leader who takes pride in his work and never hesitates to assist his colleagues across different departments. Moreover, Nazleen is a creative thinker who is always seeking new routes to enhance and curate cherished memories for guests during their stay.

A well-recognized hotelier in the Maldivian scene, Nazleen is a team player who spotlights his team and acknowledges their efforts, making him the true epitome of sincere leadership. Owing to his training to ‘Lead by Example’, Nazleen attributes the success of his hospitality career to esteemed leaders whom he has met during his career and who have positively molded him into the highly-sought after hotelier he is today.

During his free time, Nazleen enjoys self-reflecting by exploring the natural wonders of the world and channeling his artistic side. As he steps into his new role at Reethi Beach Resort as Front Office Manager, he is firmly determined to bring out the best in service to guests at the pristine island.
