In today’s challenging times, many people are struggling to find balance in their busy lives. Yoga is proven to center oneself, with tools powerful enough to make our bodies healthy, our minds calm, and help us realize a higher purpose of living. The Yoga at Ananda is rooted in the traditional Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga systems, the most authentic forms of Yoga in India.
The four-day retreat at The Nautilus curated by Ananda in the Himalayas will be led by Sandeep Agarwalla, Ananda’s Head of Yoga, and provides an opportunity to understand and practice the traditional Asanas, Pranayama, and meditation in a natural and pure environment. Yoga and meditation are offered in a progressive format where guests can build upon the practice each day. The group format sessions encourage social interaction amongst the group members and the Yoga Master.
The immersive wellness experience is enhanced with the unique Ananda gourmet Ayurvedic cuisine offerings for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Nautilus guests can nurture their bodies with healthy gourmet cuisine prepared by Ananda in the Himalayas’ Executive Chef Diwaker Balodi. The specially curated daily selection of dishes is prepared with fresh ingredients using Ayurvedic principles of cooking and will be customized to suit each guest’s body type to nourish and heal from within.
