Just 45 minutes away from the airport via speedboat or by 10-minutes via seaplane, you can reach a tropical gem that is ready to give you the island holiday you and your tribe deserve. Ritz-Carlton Maldives offers majestic accommodations alongside mouth-watering culinary journeys. The culinary scene at Ritz-Carlton offers a choice of international and local cuisines set to give you an adventure with every bite. The resort is making a new addition to this scene, Arabesque Restaurant.

Arabesque invites you on a journey from Lebanon to North India at Fari Marina Village. This village gives the perfect balance from high-end dining, beachfront luxury and wellness-centered menus. Guests who dine here will be taken to the village from the resort in a traditional wooden boat giving the guests an adventurous kick-start for the culinary experience.

Led by Chef Mohammed Negm Eldin, this exotic restaurant will serve shareable mezze platters, tandoor-grilled meats and iconic street fare that are offered alongside flavorful hookahs, Turkish coffee, Moroccan tea and delicious cocktails. The menu is inspired by Lebanese and North Indian Cuisines and includes signature dishes. To end the meals, guests will have exquisite dessert options.

Expressing his joy the General Manager of Ritz-Carlton, Mark Hehir highlighted the meaningful experience the guests will endure dining at this new addition, one-of-a-kind island archipelago. Adding to this, Chef Eldin looks forward to welcoming guests to take them on a culinary journey full of exciting flavors and textures that this type of cuisine is known for.
