The marketing team at Emirates came up with an incredible but super dangerous ad commercial to market the brand. To say the least, this ad has definitely caught the eye all around the world.
With utmost safety precautions and training undergone, a professional skydiving instructor was cast for the commercial where she stood on the tip of the Burj Khalifa, 828 meters above ground level, in the iconic Emirates uniform. This was not for the light hearted fellows who are afraid of heights.
To stand on top of the world’s tallest building, this was an opportunity that only a handful of individuals were able to experience. The 30 seconds clip, showcased the fully uniformed cabin crew holding up message boards when once done reading, slowly panned out to showcase where she stood and the beautiful panoramic skyline of Dubai.
Proud of his brand, the President of Emirates Airlines, Sir Tim Clark expressed his thoughts with some words. “We always look to challenge the norm and push boundaries at Emirates. We do it every day through our innovative services, our best in class product and of course through our advertising. The calm and confidence of the cabin crew you see in the ad is an embodiment of our frontline team, serving travelers and ensuring their safety. We’re proud to be among a privileged few who have been allowed to film at the top of the Burj Khalifa by Emaar; and even prouder that we get to showcase our beautiful city, Dubai,”
