The festivities kick off on October 30 at Le Méridien Maldives Resort & Spa with the 'Cocktail Masterclass & Sunset Soirée,' part of the resort's signature Au Soleil program. The session will be held at Tabemasu, where guests will be welcomed with a refreshing 'Strawberry Scarlet' cocktail, featuring ripe strawberries and fresh basil from The Greenhouse, one of the Maldives’ largest hydroponic farms.
During this immersive two-hour experience, Aidy will guide guests in creating three signature cocktails, each inspired by the breathtaking Maldivian environment and the spirit of Au Soleil. Participants will learn to craft the 'Verdant Mist,' a refreshing cucumber-dill fusion martini, and the bold 'Spicy Mango Margarita,' a unique twist on a classic. The masterclass will conclude with Aidy’s iconic 'Paddington Bear' cocktail, a Rémy Martin creation highlighted in The Three Drinkers series.
Following the class, guests will transition to the 'Sunset Soirée' at Riviera Beach, where they can enjoy more of Aidy’s creations paired with canapés and live DJ entertainment. For those who cannot attend the masterclass, the resort will offer Aidy’s Bespoke Cocktail Menu, available until January 2025.
