Ministry of Tourism Maldives has released a press statement on Srilankan Airlines. The national flag carrier airline of Sri Lanka, will have a flight on 10th May from Velana International Airport.
The Ministry announces that all passengers flying onboard UL 102 are reminded that Maldives Police Service will only permit vessels/vehicles carrying passengers with confirmed tickets from their respective locations to the airport.
Further, the Ministry is requesting all resorts, guesthouses and island councils to cooperate with the Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Foreign affairs, and Tourist Police to provide all the necessary assistance required in transporting the passengers to the airport. All passengers are requested to adhere to relevant authorities.
