A series of special dinners will be served at the award-winning Sea Salt restaurant, prepared personally by the hands of someone who has almost over a decade of experience in the culinary field, Andrei Shmakov.
He will be taking over the restaurant for the duration of his stay at the resort and will present a series of exclusive, multi-course dinners.
Originally from Tallinn, Shmakov joined Hotel Metropol in Moscow as executive chef in 2013 after working in some of the best kitchens in Europe, including previous training at Noma in Copenhagen. His award-winning restaurant Savva in Moscow currently offers modern Russian cuisine that interprets classic dishes in a contemporary way.
The diners began on the 20th of this month and will continue till the 27th.
Guests will be able to try a few of Andrei’s most popular dishes along with some of his latest creations. They can expect fish coulibiac with champagne sauce and caviar, seared salmon with seaweed, or baked scallops with morel fricassee.
