Coco Collection presents creative and dynamic yoga poses to keep the little ones healthy. Inspired by underwater creatures, these poses encourage kids to stay active while also teaching them about stillness and mindfulness. Make sure to take 8-10 breaths at each pose, and have fun!
Soft bend in your knees. Press your heels and toes into the ground. Keep your arms and fingers relaxed. Relax your head.
Soft bend in your knees. Lift your tailbone (a bone at the bottom of the spine) to the sky. Keep your belly button in. Make sure to keep your back straight and press into your elbows.
Soft bend in your elbows. Remember to keep your back straight and focus on your breathing. Draw your belly button in. Press into your palms and fingertips. Press your shins (bone in lower front portion of the leg) down to the floor.
Squeeze the muscles of your back and point your toes away from the floor. Keep your gaze forward. Lengthen your neck and draw your belly button in. And reach fingers towards your toes.
Roll your shoulders back and open your chest. Relax your neck. Keep your belly button in and press into your elbows.
