Hailing from New Delhi, India, Nitin began his journey with Taj in 2008 as a Hotel Operations Management Trainee, swiftly climbing the ranks through successful roles in city hotels and destination resorts. Nitin's international journey commenced in 2017 when he took on the role of Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Taj Exotica, Maldives, eventually becoming the Director of Food & Beverage in 2020.

Expressing his excitement, Nitin said, "Maldives has always been close to my heart, and I’m honoured to join the amazing team at an iconic resort that defines Maldivian natural beauty.
