With over 11 years of experience working with leading hospitality brands like Lemon Tree Hotels, Oberoi, and Marriott International, Russel is well-equipped to elevate the resort’s culinary offerings.

Russel’s impressive career includes leading food and beverage operations at Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai and Taj Coromandel in Chennai. He is known for blending global culinary trends with local flavors, creating dining concepts that appeal to a wide range of tastes. At Taj Exotica, he is set to reimagine the resort’s gastronomic experiences, making them more personalized, immersive, and unforgettable.
