McLaren named this wonder after Ayrton Senna, one of the best and most legendary racing drivers of all time. Its expected auction sale price will reach up to $1.25 million at the RM Sotheby’s Scottsdale auction.
This is one of the three most desirable cars at the audition, including the half a million dollars 1991 Vector W8 Twin Turbo and $1.6 million 1971 Lamborghini Miura P400 SV.
The Senna is an absolute masterpiece of a supercar with the breathtaking performance numbers to match. The car’s twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V-8 produces 789 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque.
McLaren only made 500 of them. This car, numbered 87, has a special MSO Gulf Livery – a $193,941 option.
