The Barefoot Cellist Brings His Global Tour to Alila Kothaifaru Maldives

Alila Kothaifaru Maldives has announced a special collaboration with BRICS Entertainment to host JODOKCELLO, the world-renowned barefoot cellist from the Swiss Alps, as part of his “Barefoot in the Sand Tour.” The acclaimed musician, Jodok Vuille, will perform an exclusive live set for guests during the resort’s management cocktails on 18 October 2025.

Born in Emmental, Switzerland, JODOKCELLO has reimagined classical music through his authentic and emotional performances. Known for crafting his own cello and performing barefoot across breathtaking locations, he has inspired millions worldwide with his message of truth, connection, and presence.

With over 15 million followers and collaborations with Mercedes-Benz, Swatch Group, FC Barcelona, Alan Walker, IL VOLO, and Lindsey Stirling, his influence continues to transcend borders and genres.
