The Food List Maldivian Women Need

According to Health Protection Agency, approximately 63% of women in Maldives aged between 15 and 49 have anemic- lacking enough healthy red blood cells. Hence, it is vital that they intake enough iron. Many feel like having a healthy diet requires many food outside their normal regular meals, but this doesn’t have to be the case. Local foods we regularly have are also rich in iron.
