The Response from Lily Hotels & Resorts

During the challenging time when safety is a huge question, Lily Hotels & Resorts releases a message from the company’s CEO, communicating the actions being taken by the country’s top all-inclusive resort to ensure guests’ safety and convenience.

Highest standards of cleanliness

The resort’s teams are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols. While the frequency of cleaning our public areas have been increased (including lobbies, door handles, public bathrooms, FO, Resto, Recreation areas etc.), the resorts have continued the use of hospital-grade disinfectant.

Lily Beach will continue to adjust food and beverage service in accordance with current food safety recommendations. Apart from increased the deployment of antibacterial hand sanitizers, it has activated operations response teams to provide around-the-clock assistance and are prepared to act swiftly.
