The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands Presents A Wonderful Easter Programme

With Easter holidays around the corner, the ultra-luxe property of The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands is bringing guests an island adventure this spring, dotted with traditional Easter holiday activities. From 4th April-11th April 2023, guests can hit nostalgia with the resort’s annual Easter egg hunts and Easter egg painting workshops while savouring the tastebuds with a unique selection of dining experiences.

GASTRONOMY

Gastronomy will be on another level during the Easter holidays with thematic nights and unique offerings strewn across every day of the programme. Guests can find the union of culture and cuisine at an exclusive Maldivian Village Night during their stay or tantalize the palates with a sumptuous Mediterranean menu under the stars.

Seafood lovers can find their dream dining venue on April 6th with a special Lobster Dinner Under The Stars hosted at Beach Shack. The freshest seafood from the Indian Ocean paired with vistas of the ocean and champagne will definitely make this experience worthwhile. They will again have the opportunity to try a similar experience on April 7th, with the Ocean Feast hosted at Mystique Dinner.

Adding more value to immersive dining experiences is a unique Colomba Di Pasqua Cooking Class where guests can first-hand learn to embrace the Italian tradition at La Locanda. The classic sweet bread named ‘Colomba Di Pasqua’ dates all the way back to the 1930s, making this time-honoured tradition a must-have during the stay. For sweet tooths an equally tempting experience awaits with the Chocolate Bean-To-Bar Masterclass! Over at EAU Bar, chocoholics can unlock the secrets of chocolate-making in an exclusive workshop designed just for them.

EASTER SPECIALS

On April 8th, the crème de la crème of the program will feature - the Easter Gala Dinner. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Indian Ocean, the culinary team of the resort will deliver an exclusive menu for the occasion. Guests can also be enthralled by the splendid performers at dinner as they transform the evening into a garden of surreal wonderment.

On the following day, guests can wake up to find the bespoke chocolate table of The Ritz-Carlton filled with all manner of chocolaty Easter eggs, bunnies, mini fondant carrots and much more. In the afternoon, adults can sip on tea while enjoying a decadent egg painting for all!

RITZ-CARLTON KIDS

For families, children and teens spending their Easter at the resort, the programme accommodates several innovative and interactive events that will undoubtedly elevate the holidays for the little guests. To start off, kids can sign up for the scavenger hunt and pirate safari, spending the entire day in search of long-lost treasure. On April 5th, family beach fun games will be held, allowing the whole family to hop into the fun and compete against each other in engaging games of ‘Ball War’, ‘Fill-The-Bucket-Challenge’ and ‘Sack Race’.

Additionally, the traditional Easter Egg Painting will take place on April 6th, where adults and children alike can seek their inner artistry. An imaginative Parents & Kids Fashion show will be hosted on the 7th giving youngsters a chance to showcase their runway talents. Moreover, Easter Bonnet-making workshop is also included in the program as well as the anticipated Egg Hunt & Parade. Joining in the latter is the Easter bunny who will see the little guests find as many chocolate guests as they can find. The evening will end with a fun fair party for kids. On the last day, children can sign off Easter with a memorable outdoor cinema.

Teens can also delight in a sunset cruise complete with mocktails and DJ as they set sail across the Maldivian waters during the breathtaking sunset hour. On 10th April, a sunset fishing experience is there for teenagers too where they can learn the traditional way of Maldivian fishing. Likewise, on the last day of the programme, teens can bid adieu to Easter with a Bonfire Gathering at Beach Shack to celebrate the end of a fun-filled time.
