To be headed by the superchef, Matthew Kenney, ‘Botanica with Matthew Kenney’ opens its doors to guests on the sparkling island of One&Only Reethi Rah Maldives. This innovative experience will embrace the renowned skills of the pioneer plant-based chef and his mouthwatering creations offered in an impeccable location.

Simply put together, Chef Matthew is a craftsman when it comes to inventing sophisticated dishes from the freshest of ingredients. His inspirations are taken from the simplicity of nature, and the palette cannot help but appreciate the richness of every individual ingredient from the inhouse abundant vegetable and herb garden in the mix.

Guests can look forward to a drizzle of magic served at the lush outdoor gardens of the restaurant. Whether dining in the idyllic al fresco potager or surrounded by the colourful entourage of the Orchid House, Chef Kenney’s fresh flavours pair perfectly with Botanica’s Gin Bar which offers a selection of 34 gins from around the world.
