The largest seaplane operator in the world with a growing fleet closing in on 60 aircraft, Trans Maldivian Airways holds a special ceremony to celebrate the outstanding performance demonstrated by employees at their company-wide Employee Recognition Program, which was resumed this year after a period of silence during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
99 employees from m 13 departments were recognized for their beyond-expected performance at the company, especially to uphold operations covering daily flights to over 80 of the finest destinations in the Maldives under dire conditions during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
TMA CEO, Mr. A.U.M. Fawzy alongside the Senior Management graced this event held on May 26, 2022 at TMA’s Seaplane Base.
