For all new bookings made by 31 October 2020, the resort will allow free cancellation until 3 days to arrive, if the booking is for a stay-period from now until 31 October 2021 (excluding 24 December 2020 to 7 January 2021).

Further, the resorts will adhere to the Ministry of Tourism’s guidelines for restarting tourism. As part of these guidelines, temperature checks and screening measures will be carried out at the first point of entry for tourists, and anyone exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms will undergo a PCR test. Those who test positive will be isolated in a designated resort room, or transferred to a government medical facility, depending on the individual’s medical condition.
