Maldives Association of Human Resource Professionals (MAHRP) has announced plans to host a series of webinars and online workshops to keep the HR community involved during the lockdown in coronavirus pandemic. The first webinar, “Should you start writing your book?” will take place on 11th May. It will feature Sha Nacino, a trusted global speaker on gratitude and productivity.
The free of charge event takes place via Zoom, the leader in modern enterprise video communications. While the first session is scheduled for 2pm-3pm, the second session featuring Sara Ballinger on 27th May starts on 3pm and will be on the theme “Emotional Intelligence – An essential skill to lead through Covid-19.” Ballinger is the founder and principle consultant at the Daisy Gray Partnership and Crew-Glue.
MAHRP also plan to conduct an online HR Summit in June, which will bring together international and local experts to explore a variety of topics, including: Future of work post Covid-19, what HR professionals can learn from Covid-19, how well we can prepare for future force majeure and leadership qualities for crisis management.
