On Thursday, the low-cost budget airline Wizz Air revealed that they are ready to soar to two new destinations; The Maldives and the Kuwait. Both routes will begin from Abu Dhabi International Airport from October 2022 onwards.
Fares for Kuwait will commence from Dhs99 and for the Maldives from Dhs319 from this October. Four flights will fly to the Maldives from Abu Dhabi starting from 4th October each week. The flights are arranged to take-off on two weekdays, Tuesday and Thursday and the weekend, Saturday and Sunday. There will also be a daily flight from Abu Dhabi to Kuwait commencing on October 30th.
Tickets are already available for sale and can be purchased via the airline’s mobile app or by visiting the website www.wizzair.com.
The flights will be operating on an Airbus A321 neo aircraft which emits the lowest environmental footprint thus making it greener than other aircrafts.
Wizz Air already flies to various destinations in the Gulf and Europe and is continuously expanding its travel destinations. So far this year, Wizz Air has begun flying to Sri Lanka in March and in April launched its services to cities such as Budapest, Bucharest, Vienna, Catania, Bari and Cluj-Napoca.
