Hailing from Johannesburg, South Africa, Neil Firman embarked on his culinary journey at the prestigious "The Palace of the Lost City" in Sun City. His 11-year tenure with Hyatt International saw him in key roles across various properties globally, showcasing not only his culinary prowess but also his leadership skills. Neil's extensive experience includes significant positions at Park Hyatt Johannesburg, Grand Hyatt Amman, and Hyatt Regency Dubai & Galleria.
Contributing to Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts for 7 years, Neil held the position of Executive Chef at Banyan Tree Seychelles. His culinary journey also includes the role of Director of Food and Beverage at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa, Bali, Indonesia, before rejoining Banyan Tree Hotels in 2023 and assuming his current role at Angsana Velavaru.
