Chef Thomas Alphonsine is a famed Executive Pastry Chef mainly based between Paris, London and the Middle East. He is also a technical advisor to one of the world's leading manufacturers of high-quality chocolate and cocoa products, Barry Callebaut. His intricate pastries are prepared with taste, texture and pure ingredients in mind and are celebrated for imbuing a feeling and experience of fond and wonderful memories.
During his residency at Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa, Chef Thomas Alphonsine will be hosting a masterclass dedicated to the beloved chocolate. Moreover, he will also be taking over the kitchen at Matheefaru restaurant on Easter Sunday, serving guests a delectable Easter-themed buffet featuring his special creations. Chef Thomas Alphonsine will also be making his mark on the menu by introducing a Signature Dessert at Meeru Bar during his stay.
