Le Méridien Maldives Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Mohamed Nooradhdheen, known as Nooray, as the new Director of Human Resources. With over 18 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Nooray is poised to bring valuable leadership and insight to the role.
Nooray’s impressive career includes key positions at prestigious resorts such as Vakkaru Maldives, Fairmont Maldives Sirru Fen Fushi, Soneva Jani, and Six Senses Laamu. His expertise ranges from recruitment and employee development to strategic HR planning, reflecting his commitment to creating a positive workplace culture.
Starting as an HR coordinator at White Sands Resort & Spa in 2006, Nooray quickly advanced through various roles, showcasing his ability to adapt and lead. In his most recent position as Director of Human Resources at Vakkaru Maldives, he managed a team of over 350 employees, demonstrating his capability in driving organizational change and fostering staff welfare.
As the new HR Director, Nooray will focus on aligning HR strategies with the resort’s goals, ensuring continuous growth and employee satisfaction. His extensive knowledge of HR software systems will further enhance the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
