Lukasz’s impressive career includes key leadership roles in renowned luxury properties across Europe, South Asia, and the Far East. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Group General Manager at Teardrop Boutique Management in Sri Lanka, where he successfully led multiple luxury brands through significant rebranding and restructuring efforts. His experience also includes a pivotal role at Amanfayun in China by Aman Resorts, where he enhanced guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
No stranger to the Maldives, Lukasz has previously worked at The Standard, Huruvalhi Maldives, making him well-acquainted with the unique demands of luxury hospitality in the region. His multilingual abilities in Chinese, English, Polish, and Russian further position him as an adept leader for Sirru Fen Fushi’s diverse international clientele.
