One&Only Reethi Rah, the luxurious all-villa resort in the Maldives, has announced an exciting new Culinary Art Series set to run until the end of 2024. This unique series will feature some of the world’s most celebrated Michelin-star chefs, who will bring their exceptional culinary talents to the island for a series of exclusive dining events. Almost every month, a different chef will take over the kitchen, offering guests the opportunity to experience a variety of cuisines made with sustainably sourced ingredients.

The series began in August with Chef Grégoire Berger, the visionary behind Ossiano, Dubai’s progressive one Michelin-star dining restaurant. Guests were treated to Chef Berger’s artistic approach to cuisine, with dishes inspired by the riches of the ocean and coastal landscapes. His exclusive dining experiences were held on August 24-25 at Earth and Botanica restaurants, with prices starting at $130 per person.

In October, the series will continue with Chef Andrew Walsh, the founder of Cure in Singapore, a Michelin-star restaurant known for its global influences and modern cooking techniques. Chef Walsh will take over the menu at Fire Restaurant from October 9-11, and will also host an exclusive 4-hands dinner on the beach at Sunrise Beach. This event promises to be a unique culinary experience, with prices starting at $145 per person.

The series will conclude in December with Chef Mauro Colagreco, the owner of Mirazur in Singapore, which has been recognized as the world’s best restaurant. Chef Colagreco’s culinary style is a fusion of his Italian-Argentine heritage, French training, and a commitment to using sustainable ingredients. His innovative approach to fine dining will be showcased in a series of exclusive pop-up events on the island.
