Maldives Women Leadership Conference has been announced to be held in October 2021 by IMTM. In light of advocating pro-covid recovery initiatives, this conference will serve as a networking conference to connect business minds, to inspire in creating new women leaders. The conference aims to educate female entrepreneurs and to provide business networking opportunities and growth through empowerment and equality.
The way organizations are being led has been seeing positive changes prior to the global pandemic but recent events have completely disrupted the management to the point where leaders are forced to adapt if they, their teams, and their businesses are to survive and thrive. MWLC aims to enable leaders to benchmark good practices around the world and set a stage for women can use the platform to voice out concerns relating to barriers at work, equality issues and creating a consolidated consensus to come together concerning leadership opportunities at work.
