Joining the delightful crew at this unique getaway is Aminath Shaly, the new Human Resources Director. Bringing with her is immense expertise and experience of two decades, all ready to take her team to their full potential. Shaly is a leading female Maldivian Human Resource Director in the hospitality industry, dedicated to operational excellence and service standards. With contemporary developments in service models and human capital, she is hands-on and value-driven.
Shaly served on the executive committee of the Maldives Association of Human Resource Professionals (MAHRP) in 2018 and is still a member of the organization. She has won numerous prestigious awards, including the WIM 2019 Gold Award for Leadership Excellence in Human Resources – Professional Career Woman Award, the Top 50 Maldivian HR Professionals in 2017 and 2018, the Top Global 100 – HR Minds 2017, and the Top Global 100 – Most Influential 2016. One of Shaly's proudest accomplishments is seeing the team members she has trained and developed hold key positions in various resorts.
