A temporary Biometric Clinic for Germany-Schengen Visa has opened at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This Clinic is organized by the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Maldives with the assistance from the Government of Maldives and the Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Company.
The Clinic will take the biometric enrolments and documents from all applicants who have made prior appointments. A total of 162 appointments have so far been booked and due to increased demand, the Clinic services has been extended till 06 February 2020.
"In order to ease the process of Schengen visa, Maldives along with German Government will complete the establishment of a permanent Schengen Visa Application Centre in Maldives in March 2020," said President Ibu Solih.Â
