Turkish Airlines, the national flagship carrier of Turkey has won the coveted accolade of Design Airline of the Year, Europe 2022 at TheDesignAir awards. The TheDesignAir awards recognize innovation and honours airlines that invest in design, product, and brand with its awards annually. The awards are supervised by industry experts and frequent fliers, whom all contribute to the judging panel.
Turkish Airlines was crowned Europe’s best design award for its Istanbul Airport touch points including lounge, check-in islands, ticket service offices, etc. Moreover, the airline was also distinguished for its in-flight experience designs such as the new Business and Economy cabin motifs and the products available onboard the flights.
