Two Luxurious Resorts Makes A Top Two Debut in Travel + Leisure’s Top 15 Best Resorts in Asia!

The top-scoring destinations this year, as determined by the votes of Travel + Leisure readers, all appear to share amazing physical settings that provide the impression of escaping into another universe.

Maldives, as a very popular destination in Asia has two luxurious properties topping the list of Top 15, Best Resorts in Asia. The winners list was chosen for the Top 15 Best Resorts in Asia category by the readers of the popular magazine, placing two Maldivian resorts at the very top.

T+L asks readers to weigh in on travel experiences across the world every year for their World's Best Awards survey. Readers are asked to express their ideas on the best hotels, resorts, cities, islands, cruise ships, spas, airlines, and more. Hotels—along with safari lodges—were evaluated based on their features, setting, service, cuisine, and overall value. Based on their locations and amenities, properties were divided into city and resort categories.

Consequently, Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi was ranked first in the list according to the readers of T+L whereas ranking in second is the gorgeous One & Only Reethi Rah Maldives. The exceptional services, amenities, spa, excursions, butlers and the culinary journeys, all contributed for the rankings.
