Universal Resorts has announced that the group’s resorts are rescheduled to welcome guests back on the 1st of October 2020. This decision was taken due to the several challenges faced regarding safety of the teams and guests, along with flight connectivity to the island nation and travel advisories from around the world.
The announcement read: We sincerely apologize if your booking is affected with this decision. We are in the process of contacting our guests and business partners, in order to assist further. If your booking is affected please do contact our travel agent, or our reservations team depending how your booking was made.
