The spectacular ILTM experience is summed up by three days of high-quality pre-scheduled appointments, educational sessions, networking and crucial exposure. Held from December 6th to 9th, Visit Maldives took part in the event, promoting Maldives with 14 other industry partners.
The participation comes along with the marketing strategy Visit Maldives has planned out targeting the French Market. Maldives will be promoted for the unique geographical formations that provide natural social distancing, giving the guests the guarantee of safety from the virus.
The Maldives have welcomed 1,177,905 tourists as of December 4, 2021, with 2.1 percent of those coming from France (23,604). The country is currently the Maldives' ninth largest market.
